When choosing a therapist in your area you must first be sure that the therapist is a qualified,insured professional. All members of the ICHP have completed both a Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy. They undergo continuous supervision and training to keep them up to date with the latest therapeutic modalities.

To be certain that the therapist you choose or consider consulting is a qualified and ethical one, have a look at our Therapist Ethics Check List, which outlines what you should look for in a suitable therapist.

ICHP hypnotherapists are fully covered by insurance and are governed by a strict Code of Ethics and Conduct, overseen by the ICHP Post-Graduate Association.

Write, email or call the therapist in your area and he or she will be happy to send you out some information regarding their therapy, also most of our members offer a free introductory consultation, where you and the therapist can discuss your case, the therapy etc.

Other ICHP lists include the ICHP Advisory Board which lists those members of ICHP who specialise or/are experts within specific therapeutic areas and fields.
